Fred Kohnke was recruited by The Compass Group to join CBS as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2001. Prior to joining CBS, Mr. Kohnke served for 16 years in various senior financial and general management positions at Burns International Security Services in New Jersey, Southern California and Chicago. He ultimately became President of the Midwest Division, the largest unit within Burns. Prior to his tenure at Burns, Mr. Kohnke held senior financial management positions at various commercial companies, as well as in public accounting. Mr. Kohnke received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University in Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kohnke resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife. |
