Frederick E. Hulser is Of Counsel in the firm's Corporate Practice Group.
Practice and Experience
Mr. Hulser has practiced law in Puerto Rico since 1973 concentrating in the areas of banking, securities and real estate law. He has had extensive experience representing clients in real estate matters with particular emphasis on the financing aspects. In addition to representing borrowers, he has represented numerous Puerto Rico and United States financial institutions and has participated as bond counsel or as counsel to the underwriter, borrower or credit enhancer in numerous real estate financing transactions.
Education
He graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in 1969 and in 1973 received a Master in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University.
Admissions
Mr. Hulser is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the United Sates Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, New York and the District of Columbia.
Memberships
He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Counsel.
He is the author of "Investing in Puerto Rico: The Legal Framework," published in the March, 1993 Puerto Rico Supplement to Latin Finance and has participated in seminars to other attorneys and to the public. |
