Fred D. Rapone, Jr. is an associate in the Pittsburgh office. Prior to joining Campbell & Levine in 2007, Mr. Rapone's practice focused primarily on construction litigation, with additional experience in labor and employment, commercial law and bankruptcy.
A western Pennsylvania native, Mr. Rapone served as law clerk for Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and as an intern for U.S District Court Judge Robert J. Cindrich.
A graduate with honors of the Duquesne School of Law, Mr. Rapone is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Inns of Court, Pittsburgh Chapter.
Mr. Rapone has worked as a professional journalist for regional publications including the McKeesport Daily News and the News-Herald in Franklin, Pennsylvania. His legal writings have appeared in The Pennsylvanian Constitution: A Treatise on Rights and Liberties, Duquesne University Law Review and Temple Law Review .
An Alden Scholar and graduate of Allegheny College, Mr. Rapone is a student of Pittsburgh history and architecture. A lifelong fan of the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins, Mr. Rapone is also an avid outdoorsman.
Mr. Rapone currently resides in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife Beth, and three sons: Domenick, Maxwell and Preston. |
