Mr. Samelian is a recognized expert in both project management and construction claims services. Prior to joining Hill, Samelian was a founder and Partner with CONEX International, a construction dispute resolution firm. Prior to that he was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he managed their construction claims consulting practice in Southern California. Before that, he worked for 15 years with Hill, rising from Senior Consultant to President and Chief Operating Officer. He is also currently an instructor in the Project Management Certification Program at the University of California at Irvine, is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute and is a licensed General Contractor in California. Samelian has a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University, and his M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University. |
