Freddie Liu has served as a director of our company since October 2004 and has also served as the Financial Controller of ASE Group since August 2002 and the Chief Financial Officer of ASE Test Limited since March 2004. Mr. Liu joined ASE Group in February 1997. Prior to joining ASE Group, Mr. Liu was a Vice President of corporate banking at Citibank, N.A. in Taipei. He holds a degree in diplomacy from the National Chengchi University in Taiwan and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. |
