Mr. Wahl is the Vice President, Government Affairs for L-3 Communications. He is responsible for executing the corporate legislative affairs program, building and maintaining relations with the U.S. Congress and assisting L-3 Communications companies with legislative strategy. A former Naval Intelligence Officer, Mr. Wahl served as the special assistant to the Director of Naval Intelligence and was a U.S. Senate professional staff member for four years. He then was progressively appointed to a number of management positions at E-Systems (acquired by Raytheon Systems Company) before joining a technology start-up company, ComCept, which was acquired by L-3 Communications. Throughout his years at E-Systems, Raytheon and ComCept, he managed Political Action Committees and developed and executed successful legislative affairs programs. In other accomplishments, Mr. Wahl was selected to attend the Harvard JFK School of Government's Executive Course for National/International Security Executives and the Penn State Executive Development Forum. |
