Fred Hsu is Co-founder of Oversee.net. He served as President of Low.com, a leading consumer mortgage portal and was the Company's Chief Technology Officer. Prior to creating the Company, Hsu was Head of Systems and Network Administration at Startpath Inc. where he built an online ad network from the ground up, including all systems and network infrastructure. Hsu has also served in various engineering and product development roles at Rhythm & Hues Studios and Toyota Motor Sales, North America. He graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. |
