Mr. Ebrahemi has over 10 years of experience technology industry experience advising emerging growth companies on strategic, operational and business development matters. Mr. Ebrahemi comes to NINJA from Morrison & Foerster LLP having worked in their Palo Alto, Hong Kong and Orange County offices where he advised and represented telecommunication and technology companies in connection with intellectual property transactions, capital market and mergers & acquisition transactions. Previously, he worked for Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York. Mr. Ebrahemi received a dual J.D./LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. with honors from U.C. Santa Barbara. In addition, Mr. Ebrahemi speaks 4 languages and has worked closely with businesses in Asia, Europe and South America. |
