Fred U. Odaka. Mr. Odaka has been our Chief Financial Officer since September 2000. From December 1998 to September 2000 Mr. Odaka was a consultant to Diamond Entertainment Corporation and was our "acting" Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Odaka received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Fresno State College, Fresno, California. On April 26, 2007, Mr. Odaka, in connection with terms the Merger Agreement with Rx of Africa, Inc., resigned as Director of the Company. Under our certificate of incorporation, our board of directors is divided into three (3) classes, with each class to be elected by the shareholders every three years.
