Mr. Zeidman began working with WoodRock & Co. in 1998. As an outside Advisory Director, he advises WoodRock on a variety of industrial sectors based on his experience holding management positions in a range of basic industries. From 1993 until its sale in 2000, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of InterSystems, Inc. Before InterSystems, he served as President of Interpak Terminals, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Helm Capital Resources engaged in the packaging and distribution of thermoplastic resins. From April 1992 until July 1993, Mr. Zeidman served as President of Service Enterprises, Inc. a plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical installation and repair company; and from 1983 to 1993, he served as President of Enterprise Capital Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Zeidman served as Chairman of Unibar Energy Services Corporation, one of the largest independent drilling fluids companies in the United States, from 1985 until it was acquired by Anchor Drilling Fluids of Norway in 1991. He holds a BSBA from Washington University and an MBA from New York University. He currently serves as Chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, the governing board of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. |
