With over 30 years experience in both consultancy and senior IT management, Fraser has held Director level posts with a number of companies and has extensive experience in direction and management of major projects for the financial services industry. He has implemented major projects for companies such as IBM, Huon Corporation, AXA Insurance, CGU Insurance and others and has extensive experience in leading Information Technology strategy studies and designing and implementing organisational change and development. Fraser has also successfully developed and marketed a proprietary Project and Programme management methodology entitled, Focused Project Management together with associated consultancy services. |
