Franklin P. Huang is responsible for all legal affairs of FrontRange. Prior to FrontRange, he led the in-house legal departments at Genesys Telecommunications and Kana Communications, helping both companies launch their respective initial public offerings and grow as public companies. Frank also served as a corporate attorney with the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison representing emerging growth companies, venture capitalists and investment banks with emphasis on venture financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. He has also served as a quantitative research analyst in Salomon Brothers' mortgage research group in New York. |
