Frank Williams concentrates his practice on corporations, securities and health care. He has provided assistance on the formation of several managed care organizations. He serves as advisor for various health care clients concerning fraud, abuse and managed care issues. He has assisted in the development of a physicians' group consisting of obstetricians and gynecologists. He has analyzed alternatives for reorganization of a hospital. Mr. Williams assists a state hospital association in managed care planning for various hospitals. He has assisted various hospitals with legal compliance audits and compliance programs. He handled an initial public offering and several aquisitions for a company that sells and operates specialized equipment used in providing health care services. He represented the bond program administrator in putting together a $250 million bond issue and a pooled loan program for Tennessee hospitals. He also handles business transactions for large corporations, including public debt offerings totaling several billion dollars over the past several years for a large consumer products company. He handles reporting obligations with the Securities and Exchange Commission for publicly held clients.
