Frank Williams, Vice President, Engineering & Chief Engineer Mr. Williams was most recently the Vice President and Director of Engineering for INTRASPACE Corporation, a builder of small to medium satellites for the US Government and commercial customers. Previously, he has been the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of IOSTAR Corporation, an innovative system for in-space transportation. Prior to these positions, Mr. Williams was responsible for redefining the radiation and nuclear hardness testing systems and conducting tests and analyses for the US ICBM fleet, allowing for an accurate assessment of the survivability and reliability of these systems. |
