Mr. Reid, a 1976 graduate of Christian Brothers University, began his career at the accounting firm of Jack T. Chism & Company. Passing the Certified Public Accounting examination in 1978, Mr. Reid went on to become a partner in charge of the auditing department. In 1985 Mr. A. Duncan Williams, the founder of Duncan-Williams, Inc., hired Mr. Reid as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Reid’s responsibilities include the supervision of the Company’s financial records and filing of the Financial and Operational Combined Uniform Single report (FOCUS) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr. Reid is licensed as a financial and operations principal, general securities principal, registered options principal and general securities representative. |
