Frank manages Etigra's accounting and banking relationships. He also oversees our liquidity management and risk management, including insurance.
A certified public accountant with an MBA from Fordham University, Frank has a broad range of financial experience. Frank joined Etigra after three years with RH Donnelly, where he was Director, Treasury. There he coordinated all banking relationships, documentation and banking structure. He also administered R.H. Donnelley's $10 bln debt portfolio and managed the company's pension plan assets. Prior to that, he held positions at a Fortune 500 company and was the Treasurer of a publicly traded company. |
