Frank Murphy assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of SDS (Smart Document Solutions) in April 2004. Prior to joining SDS, Murphy was President of the Physician Services division of Per-Se Technologies, Inc., where he was responsible for solutions and services for more than 15,000 physician clients. With more than 26 years in healthcare, Frank Murphy has held various leadership positions in the industry, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Trident Regional Health Systems in Charleston, SC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), and Regional Director of a proprietary healthcare chain in charge of 14 hospitals. Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master`s degree in Healthcare Administration from Duke University. |
