Frank built a healthcare insurance business, McKenna and Associates, which became one of the largest healthcare insurance brokerages in the United States and one of the nation’s largest healthcare employee benefits suppliers under his leadership. He sold the Company to Aon in 1997 and served as Aon’s National Healthcare Practice Leader from 2000-2005. Frank’s expertise includes employee benefits programs, HMO reinsurance, managed care solvency programs, provider excess loss reinsurance and other specialty risk insurance products for insurers and providers. Prior to forming McKenna & Associates, Frank developed and managed a full-service employee benefits program at the Sullivan Companies.
