Frank Lomanno is the Senior V.P. of Finance for the Company, having previously acted as CFO of the Company in a temporary capacity. Based on the growth of the Company, and its recent admission to the AIM stock exchange, and given an event in his prior career (see below), the Company is in the process of recruiting an experienced public markets CFO with Mr. Lomanno remaining at V.P. of Finance. Mr. Lomanno joined the Company in 1999. He has previously held positions as accounting manager and controller and temporary CFO. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lomanno was with Miller, Miller, Haney and Davis CPA’s and was the Corporate Account Manager for Forest City Enterprises (NYSE). At Forest City Enterprises, he was responsible for the preparation of the annual financial reports, along with assisting in the preparation of Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings. Mr. Lomanno holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton. |
