Frank is a Vice President with Senn-Delaney Leadership where he focuses on leading and planning large-scale engagements. He has served clients and led engagements for McDonald’s, Limited Brands, the nation’s leading Toyota importer and distributor, Yum Brands, Pacific Bell and many others. During his career, Frank has served in senior sales, marketing and direct marketing positions with some of the nation’s leading media and financial services companies including the New York Times, American Express, and Mutual of Omaha. Frank and his team were responsible for major new product development and innovations at each of these companies. He was president of his own direct marketing firm for seven years assisting companies in developing unique marketing strategies as well as helping firms integrate new products and strategies within existing distribution channels. He served on the faculty of executive development programs both at the University of North Carolina and University of Tennessee. He is a nationally recognized speaker on such subjects as innovation and removing mediocrity from the workplace. Frank was educated at the University of North Carolina as well as the University of South Carolina and St. Mary’s College. He and his wife, Kathy, reside in Tucson, Arizona. Frank and Kathy enjoy travel as well as biking, hiking, and skiing the Colorado Rockies. |
