Mr. Ginac is a recognized expert in software development, quality assurance and the creation of high performance product development teams. He has more than fifteen years of senior management and corporate development experience, including expertise in partnerships, venture capital and M&A. His career spans a broad range of roles as the lead for the advanced technology initiatives of industry legends (DEC, OSF, Convex and Data General) and emerging companies (BroadJump, BMC software, Dazel). The highlights of Mr. Ginac's achievements include leadership of product development for BroadJump, where he was responsible for the design and deployment of four products within twelve months - reaching more than 200,000 licensed users. For Dazel Corporation, his product development leadership supported growth from startup to $25 million in sales - which as key to the company's acquisition by HP. Mr. Ginac is the author of Creating High Performance Software Development Teams and Customer-Oriented Software Quality Assurance, published by Prentice Hall. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Fitchburg State College. |
