Frank Fox has worked in collections since high school. His Dad started the business in 1950 and always needed good help. Around 1972 Frank went to work for his father on a full time basis. In 1984 Jim Blair and James Eaton sold him the DAKCS system. He subsequently partnered with Joann Birdwell and Nova Gray in 1989 to buy the business from his Dad. Two hardworking gals and the DAKCS system have helped Fox Collections become a tremendously successful collection agency. Throughout the years Frank has been an active and vocal DAKCS user, always ready and willing to help other users learn how to get the biggest benefit from the system. A long time member of the DAKCS Advisory Board, Frank has been instrumental in many of the revision changes that have occurred in the last few years. His favorite pastime is spending time with two wonderful grandsons. He may even finally go to Disney World! |
