With more than a dozen years of focused alliances and channels experience, Frank's 24-year career in the technology business has also included senior level positions in sales, marketing, and services management. Frank started his career in sales for Xerox. Then, as Director of Sales and Marketing for IBM's network outsourcing group, Frank helped lead IBM's early transformation into a services company. After leaving Big Blue for Silicon Valley, Frank developed and managed the strategic partnering, alliances, and channel functions for NetFRAME Systems (servers), DiviCom (digital TV headend systems), and NativeMinds (CRM software). In recent years, as Principal for Jigsaw Group, Frank has helped several small and medium sized companies develop and implement successful sales, product, and partnering strategies. Frank earned his BA from Dartmouth College and is currently studying for designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). |
