Frank DeSantis is director of Operations for DDS in North America. He is responsible for the support and service of computer hardware, operating system software, communications network, internal LAN, infrastructure design and output services, as well as facilities management. Frank joined DDS as a computer operator in 1974. He then became a shift manager. In 1994 he was appointed director of Operations, overseeing a team of 100 people. |
