Frank Chow, Ph.D., is Senior Vice President of Lachman Consultant Services. Dr. Chow received his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979 and continued to pursue his academic career as a post-doctoral research fellow / instructor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY. In his professional career, Dr. Chow had held various progressive senior Product Development and Quality Management positions at both major Pharma and Generic pharmaceutical companies and is very experienced in the NDA, ANDA product development, quality control / assurance and approval process. Prior to joining LCS, Dr. Chow was a Group Vice President of Quality Control of a major generic pharmaceutical company. Dr. Chow has over 25 years of combined industry / consulting experience and has been associated with LCS since 1993. |
