Throughout his career, Frank has been involved with a variety of commercial clients. His in-depth accounting background includes a concentration in the manufacturing sectors, where he has been involved with numerous mergers and acquisitions and large financing transactions. He is a member of the Firm's executive/policy committee.

Frank presently serves on the board of visitors of Lycoming College's Institute for Management Studies. He has also served as board member for numerous central Pennsylvania corporations.
