Mr. Steck has served as a Director of the Company since October 1998. He has over 35 years of experience in retail, wholesale and manufacturing with strong emphasis in heavy duty industries, including agriculture, automotive, truck and construction.
Mr. Steck is currently employed in the executive search industry as the Vice President of A. T. Kearney, a position he has held for over six years. He previously served as:

Vice President-Worldwide Parts Marketing and Sales of J.I. Case, a subsidiary of Tenneco, Inc.
Vice President and General Manager-Corporate Parts Operations of International Harvester
Director of Marketing-Automotive Products of Sears, Roebuck and Company.
Currently serving as a Director of SRC Holdings Corporation, Mr. Steck graduated from Wilkes University with a BS degree in business administration and economics. |
