Biography
Pete Greenhaw joined Kelly Hart & Hallman in 1997 following his graduation magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as Casenote Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review. He received his bachelor arts degree from The University of Texas in 1993. He is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Greenhaw has gained extensive experience in both federal and state courts representing clients in a variety of matters, including products liability claims, legal malpractice claims, toxic tort issues, complex commercial litigation, business torts, and personal injury cases. He has represented individuals and institutional clients at both the trial and appellate levels.
Aside from his professional activities, Mr. Greenhaw serves on the Board of Directors of Child Advocates of Tarrant County, which serves as a liaison organization between family courts, the Department of Child Protective Services, and families of children experiencing trying circumstances. He is also former President of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Texas-Exes. Pete enjoys attending Longhorns football games, spending time in the Hill Country, fishing in the Laguna Madre, fly fishing in the Rockies, and throwing tennis balls for his yellow Labrador Retriever, Ellie.
