Frank P. Slattery, Jr., Chairman of the Board
In 1995 Mr. Slattery founded Quintus Corporation, a consulting company of which he is currently the President. Prior to founding Quintus Corporation, Mr. Slattery served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of LFC Financial Corporation (formerly Lease Finance Corporation) from 1969 through 1994. Mr. Slattery currently serves on the board of directors of several nonprofit institutions, including Jefferson Health Systems Inc., Main Line Health Systems and the Franklin Institute as well as several emerging businesses, including PlantGenix, Inc., EIEICO, Inc. and Learned Optimism Corporation. Mr. Slattery also serves on the board of directors of several for profit early stage companies. Mr. Slattery holds a B.A. degree from Princeton University and an LLB degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
