Mr. LaRosa joined Pomeroy in November 2007 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role Mr. LaRosa is responsible for the corporate direction and leadership of our Human Resources function including the overall development and implementation of our human resources strategic plan. Mr. LaRosa brings to Pomeroy over 15 years of corporate human resources experience and over 24 years of information technology experience. He is the former Vice President of Human Resources and Information Services at NS Group Inc. which was located in Newport Kentucky. Prior to that he was Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology at Haynes International in Kokomo Indiana. Mr. LaRosa has his B.S. in Business Management from Indiana Institute of Technology and his A.B. in Information Systems. |
