Mr. Clement has served as a Director of the Company since March 1989. He is a retired Vice President of Investments at UBS PaineWebber, a registered broker dealer, in Seattle, Washington, where he was employed from 1975 to March 2002. From 1995 through 1999, he served on the Advisory Board of the Institute of Brewing Studies in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Clement serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the School of Management and on the National Alumni Association Board, both for S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo, Buffalo, New York. Since July 1, 2004, Mr. Clement has served as a director of Craft Brands Alliance LLC. |
