Frank Hausmann has served on the Board of Directors for OraSure Technologies, Inc., and it’s predecessor Epitope, Inc., since December 1999.
Mr. Hausmann was formerly Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of CenterSpan Communications Corporation, a developer of ultimate-edge intelligent networking solutions for the delivery of rich media over the Internet.
From August 1997 to May 1998, Mr. Hausmann served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Telecon, Inc., a developer of enhanced facsimile and voice-mail solutions. From September 1995 to July 1997, he served as Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel of Diamond Multimedia Systems, Inc., a designer and marketer of computer peripherals such as modems, graphics and sound cards.
Mr. Hausmann received BS degrees in economics and political science from Willamette University and a J.D. degree from the University of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
