Mr. Cialone is a litigation partner specializing in complex civil litigation matters with particular emphasis on litigation involving the duties of trustee and other fiduciaries. He has represented clients through arbitration and trial in matters concerning charitable and private trusts, as well as in partnership dissolution, breach of contract, intellectual property, and other types of disputes. He has handled partnership dissolution matters at all stages from pre-litigation through trial, for clients in diverse businesses including law firms, the securities industry, retail, and on-line services. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution as well as traditional litigation.

Mr. Cialone is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the East Bay Community Law Center.
EDUCATION
Mr. Cialone received an A.B. degree from Brown University in 1987 and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1994, where he was Senior Notes Comments Editor of the California Law Review. |
