Frank Bruno is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice of the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Bruno was an associate at Cooper & Dunham LLP, specializing in intellectual property law.
Mr. Bruno has experience in client counseling and has written opinions on patent validity and infringement in matters involving global positioning systems and consumer electronics. He has drafted and prosecuted patent applications directed to a wide variety of technologies, such as computer hardware and software, cellular telephony, biomedical devices, chemical compounds, and methods of doing business.
Mr. Bruno is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the State of New Jersey. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Bruno received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 1996, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1999. |
