Mr. Gutierrez extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer product industries is over 25 years. Previously, he was the Vice President of Global Quality Operations for Valeant Pharmaceuticals International with marketing presence in over 100 markets. This scope included Quality Systems for supply-operations as well as post marketing GMP activities. His overall experience includes responsibility for multi-sites, exposure to multidisciplinary challenges, and management of change processes including consent decrees’ resolutions. His professional experience includes senior roles in Pharmacia, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Warner-Lambert, and Colgate-Palmolive. His compliance exposure includes FDA, DEA, MHRA, EMEA, ANVISA in Brazil, Swissmedic, Minister of Health in Mexico, ANMAT in Argentina, Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia, and Health Canada. Francisco holds a Bachelor and Masters in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Also, he obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico |
