Francisco J. Flores brings to Focus Management Group over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Francisco is an expert in negotiating credit restructurings for financially-distressed companies and evaluating and underwriting financing opportunities, including asset-based, enterprise value and structured leases. While Francisco has experience in a diverse range of industries, he has particular expertise in the manufacturing, distribution and service sector.
Francisco has held senior-level positions with numerous banking and financial institutions. In addition to his role with Focus Management Group, Francisco serves as the Founder and Director of corporate finance consultancy and intermediary firm that assists middle market companies in obtaining capital to execute their business plans. His engagements have included equity raises involving the approach of private equity firms, asset-based loans, factoring, commercial mortgages and real estate investments.
In other prior roles, Francisco was the Vice President of Bank One, as well as the Vice President of Bank of America's Growth Group, where developed new client companies and managed client portfolios. During his time in commercial finance, Francisco also served in several senior-level positions for GE Capital, The CIT Group and Congress Financial Corporation.
Francisco earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelors of Arts degree from Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois and a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, Commercial Finance Association, Illinois CPA Society and Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries.
