Francine D. Meza was appointed Corporate Vice President, Human Resources in September 2006, and from June 2002 to September 2006, she was our Senior Vice President, Human Resources. From 1984 through our spin-off in June 2002, Ms. Meza served in various human resources positions at Allergan and its acquired business, American Medical Optics.
