Experience:
Francesco has extensive experience in advising clients on matters relating to the application of EU competition law in the IT, media, retail, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, among others, as well as in handling EU and multi-jurisdiction merger filings. He also has particular experience in matters relating to the implementation of the EU electronic communications regulatory framework at EU level and at the national level.
