Ford Pearson has served in various roles as General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer and Secretary. He has worked for internet start-up companies in New York, and both publicly traded and private companies. Most recently, Ford has served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer for ProxyMed, Inc. a leader in the healthcare technology industry. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel and Secretary for JLM Industries, Inc. where he was responsible for advising the Board of Directors, CEO and CFO as well has handling all legals aspects of the company. He has worked to streamline the legal function in all the companies that he has worked for through his hands-on approach.
Ford has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida where he was also a four year letterman in swimming. He remains an avid Gator fan. He obtained his law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland. |
