Ford brings to Cloud9 Analytics more than twenty years of high tech experience in general management, sales, and marketing - including two past occasions as chief executive of successful technology ventures. Prior to founding Cloud9 Analytics, Ford was CEO and co-founder of Relevance Technologies, an Internet text modeling technology firm which was acquired by Documentum in 1998. He also served as CEO of CE Software, a publicly traded software company best known for QuickMail for the Macintosh. Previous to CE Software, Ford was Vice President of America Sales for Informix. He began his career as an Information Systems Consultant with Andersen Consulting. Ford has also been an investor, mentor, and board member to a number of high technology concerns in the western United States. Ford holds a B.S.E. in civil engineering and architecture from Princeton University. He is also a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute. |
