Ford J. Dieth has practiced trial law for over 38 years. As a JAGC officer in the United States Army and as an Assistant United States Attorney, he represented the United States of America in its role as prosecutor in criminal matters and defendant in civil matters. Subsequent to his public service, Mr. Dieth has represented insurers, sureties, companies and individuals in trials related to maritime, personal injury, insurance coverage, products liability and property issues. Mr. Dieth’s training as a mediator has benefited his clients when involved in complicated matters in which mediation offers an alternative to costly and prolonged trial.
