After six years of strategy consultancy at The Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company, Floyd Bradley spent over twenty-five years in senior management and executive positions in the software and computer services industries, including Cullinet Software (Marketing Director, Europe), Lotus Development (Managing Director, UK), Ashton-Tate (SVP, International), First Consulting Group (Group Vice President, Europe) and SDL International (EVP Sales & Marketing).
Floyd has raised seed money and venture capital for numerous start-up companies and helped lead several of these to public flotations on NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange. He was a co-founder of SDL, the world's largest translation software company (and second-largest localization services organization).
Floyd has a BA in Economics from Yale and an MBA from Harvard. Outside of Carbonite, he holds the positions of Chairman of Talisma Corp and Regional Chair, Europe ? Americans Abroad for Mitt (Romney for President Inc). |
