Florence is an experienced financial advisor with 16 years experience providing restructuring and reorganization services to companies and their creditors in a wide variety of industries. Florence most recently provided financial advisory services to the Unsecured Creditors Committee of VarTec Telecom, Inc. This Dallas-based $900 million organization was one of the largest privately-held companies, providing telecommunications services to residential consumers and small business customers in the US and Europe. In this role, Florence provided financial advice and analysis regarding the bankruptcy proceeding to include the review of the Company s operations and use of cash, asset sales and divestitures, negotiations, review of the business plans and valuation services regarding the sale, liquidation and wind-up of the Company as directed by the Committee.
