Felix P. Herlihy New York, NY Prior to joining IFIL as head of its direct investing efforts in the United States in 2004, Felix was a Managing Director and Principal of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Group based in New York and London. Felix was a founding member of Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners II L.P. (LBMBP II), a $2 billion fund focused on long term capital appreciation through investments made in privately negotiated transactions. Felix identified, executed, monitored and exited private equity investments both for LBMBP II and directly for Lehman Brothers and affiliated funds. Prior to joining the Merchant Banking Group, Felix was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers in both New York and London and worked on a wide variety of corporate finance and M&A engagements. Felix holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a Samuel Bronfman Scholar and an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard University where he was a John Harvard Scholar.
