Felice Belfiore, Chief Financial Officer, oversees all financial management, reporting, and accounting functions. A Certified Public Accountant, Felice brings a background of both public accounting and community bank experience to the Capital Pacific Bank management team. She served as Controller/Vice President of Finance for Bank of the Northwest until late 2002. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for VRB Bancorp in Rogue River, Oregon. Felice has extensive experience in financial reporting to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as experience in financial data and risk management and shareholder relations. In 2002, she was recognized by the Portland Business Journal as one of Portland’s "Top Forty Under 40." Felice participates in various community and philanthropic organizations, most recently serving as a member of the Oregon State University Foundation Finance Committee and a business counselor for the Portland Rotary’s Camp Enterprise Program. |
