Mr. Fan Yifei, 43, Director of Sinopec Corp. Mr. Fan graduated from the treasury and finance department of Renmin University of China in July 1993 and obtained a doctoral degree in economics; He obtained a master degree in international economics from the Columbia University in 2002. He is a senior accountant. From June 1993 to September 1994, he was the Assistant to the General Manager and Manager of the Planning and Finance Department of the Trust Investment Company of China Construction Bank successively. From September 1994 to July 1996, he served as Vice General Manager of the Capital Planning Department of China Construction Bank. He was the General Manager of the Finance and Accounting Department of China Construction Bank from July 1996 to January 1998. He was the General Manager of the Planning and Finance Department of China Construction Bank from January 1998 to February 2000. Mr. Fan served as the Assistant to the Governor of China Construction Bank from February 2000 to June 2005, during which he enriched his experience by participating in the Three Gorges project, and also acted as the Assistant to the General Manager of China Changjiang Power Co., Ltd.
