Fan has over 13 years in the semiconductor industry, with extensive working experience and knowledge in both frontend and backend production, operations and engineering. To date, he holds 6 US patents and has several patents pending. Prior to Inapac, Fan worked at NeoMagic Corporation as Senior Product Engineering Manager, in the Manufacturing Group. Prior to NeoMagic, Fan was at G-LINK Technology during its start-up phase and was in charge of setting up the US backend operation. He managed a team of product and test engineers in successfully debugging and ramping up all company products into high volume production. Before joining G-LINK, Fan worked at Micron Technology for 7 years. He was the lead designer for the first 3.3V 4Mb DRAM in the world, and brought it into high volume production after finishing the design. Fan holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. |
