Fainna Kagan graduated from UCLA in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and received her Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2007. At Brooklyn Law School, Ms. Kagan was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing.
While attending law school, Ms. Kagan completed internships at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, the Enforcement Division of the New York Stock Exchange, and the Center for Appellate Litigation. In the summer of 2005, Ms. Kagan worked as a legal intern at the Kings County District Attorney's Office.
Ms. Kagan joined the Firm as a summer associate in 2006 and returned after graduating from law school. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, including securities and consumer fraud class actions.
