Evandro Veiga Negrão de Lima - 68, took his degree in medicine from the Federal University of Minas Gerais Medical School in 1964, specializing in psychiatry, and was Monitor of the Chair of Legal Medicine at the same university. He has taken part in professional congresses in Miami, Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Belo Horizonte; served internship at the University of Colorado at Denver, USA; and received training in the Colorado State Psychiatric Hospital in Pueblo, USA. He is Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Minas Gerais Medical School, and a doctor with the Minas Gerais State Employees’ Social Security Institute. He was Director of the Minas Gerais Retailers’ Association, Vice-president of the Real Estate Companies’ Managers Club (CDEI), Vice-President of América Football Club, and a Director of Cobraço (Comercial Brasileira de Aço) and Cobrafer (Comercial Brasileira de Ferro). He is currently President of Sancruza Companhia de Engenharia, Agricultura e Urbanização; Chairman of the Pampulha Yacht Club (since 2002); partner in NL Construções e Incorporações Ltda and LL Administradora de Imóveis; and owner of Veiga e Lima Administradora de Imóveis. |
