Mr. Pohaski leads the Harp team in underwriting, evaluating, structuring and closing of real estate transactions. His primary responsibilities include: Identifying real estate investment opportunities throughout North America; Developing comprehensive investment models and financial analyses; Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data; Structuring legal documents and joint venture debt and equity agreements; Preparing presentations and financial reports for partners; and other materials as part of the due diligence process or as part of on-going property oversight. Prior to joining The Harp Group, Inc. Mr. Pohaski worked for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels as an investment banking associate in Los Angeles where he managed more than $600 million in closed real estate sales transactions and acquisition financings.
Mr. Pohaski graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2004 with a concentration in hotel real estate finance. There he was a member of the varsity wrestling and rugby teams in addition to holding several governing positions within the fraternal community. Thus far, Mr. Pohaski has written articles featured in Global Hotel Network, Hotel-Online and Hotel & Motel Management. |
